Full Job Description

We have exciting opportunities to work at our premium retail stores in high end malls across the country. We are looking for highly motivated, engaging people capable of working well in a team to drive excellent execution at this store and deliver superlative customer experience. In addition to retail, the store will also host exclusive customer and influencer events. Staff will play a key role in ensuring that these events showcase our technology and drive excitement about our products.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

  • Be accountable for the store, the team and ensure compliance with company standards on your shifts


  • Mentoring new starters and assisting in their development


  • Be able to provide excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, solving problems that other retailers ignore.

  • Set an example on the shop floor, proactively approaching customers in store and demonstrating the Dyson product range according to their needs and requirements. Trading up through the product range as appropriate.

  • Be accountable for store operations, holding keys to open and close the store.

  • Lead the shop floor team when managing the shift.

  • Ensure a safe shopping environment for our customers.

  • Ensure the Dyson machines and display are tidy, clean and 'shoppable', ensuring that we maintaining the highest of standards at all points throughout the day.

  • Share best practice demonstrations to strengthen the overall shop floor behaviours of the team.

  • Actively build relationships with the team and the wider support channels to further the success of the Dyson Concession.

  • Meet and exceed sales, demonstration & KPI targets.

  • Be in charge of reporting your daily results via a dedicated platform.

    We're looking for someone that has:

  • Experience working in a retail environment.

  • Experience in keyholding for a retail business & leading teams.


  • Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond, solving problems that other retailers ignore.

  • A passion for Dyson technology and mastery of the brand and its machines.


  • A passion for technology and understanding how things work.

  • Strong influencing, relationship building and fact finding skills.

  • Proven ability to hit targets and exceed results through delivering great customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Can easily adapt to change in process and ways of working.
