Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Retail Products Administrator to join our team and support our vision of becoming the East of England's most valued organisation. As a Retail Products Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail Products Supervisor and Category Team in maintaining accurate and timely pricing and product updates in our stores.

This role operates within a Hybrid working policy offering flexibility in support to the Retail Products Supervisor

Role Responsibility

  • Assist with products and pricing updates within our stock, pricing and EPOS systems including promotional items and Sourced Locally products.

  • Visit stores to maintain accuracy of pricing and promotions.

  • Provide responses to queries from stores relating to pricing and products and investigate customer complaints related to pricing and products.

    Experience in a Retail environment including an understanding of pricing and promotions.

  • A questioning mindset seeking to continuously improve the quality of your work.

  • Able to work flexibly, organise your time and consistently meet your deadlines.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt and make best use of new IT resources as they become available.
