Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head of retails and beverage operations will be responsible to oversee our culinary operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service, events, hospitality and including the retail aspects of the business.

Ensuring high-quality standards, and maximizing customer satisfaction., Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall dining experience
- Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes
- Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts, The primary objective of the role is to provide a quality, market leading and customer orientated service throughout the Retail and Beverage operation at the stadium, while maintaining a positive working environment.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management, of all the Retail and Beverage operations throughout the Stadium.

  • Liaise with all 3rd party contractors as required, to ensure the service offered and delivered is of the highest standards and the compliance of all policies and procedures are adhered to and maintained throughout.

  • Ensuring that all team members strive to adhere to and implement the Twickenham Experience Ltd philosophies "Win one customer at a time".

    The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • - Strong background in food safety and culinary arts
    - Proficiency in bartending, cooking, kitchen operations, and restaurant management
    - Excellent team management and leadership abilities
    - Experience in supervising food production processes
    - Strong organizational and communication skills, A passionate and hardworking Head of Retail and Beverage candidate with experience of working in the Hospitality sector at the capacity level of a large Stadium.,
  • managing very large stadiums and events: 2 years (required)
