Full Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our amazing team. You'll need to wear a few different hats - cashier, host, food service assistant and occasional waiter - never a dull moment!

As Retail Manager you will be primarily responsible for our daytime, retail offering, in which we serve; coffee, snacks, grab and go along with a healthy, bright and vibrant food offering. In the evening this space also serves cocktails and wine on tap.

We're open to all backgrounds- but you'll need a few years experience managing a team - whether a high street coffee shop, visitor attraction or restaurant. Attitude and personality are the most important thing for us.

Great presence, personality, communication skills and a love of food and drink are essential.
