Day to day activities:
- Converting enquiries into customers
- Maximizing sales by promoting products and services
- Facilities management, maintenance and security
- Customer query resolution & support
- Daily administration
Telephone and face to face sales experience - Customer service ability
- Basic IT skills
- Inquisitive mind
- Proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team, High School qualifications or equivalent
- Relevant higher educational qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years retail, property management, storage or customer service experience
- Able to work weekends and holidays
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check
