Full Job Description

Provide a customer experience of the highest quality reflecting the business's values at all times

Till duties (cashless)

Stock replenishment

Stock checking

Cleaning

Some lifting involved (Training given)

Respond promptly and professionally to all enquiries.

Assist customers with parts and accessories supplies

Assist in rearranging accessories and parts displays as directed

Are you able to use initiative able work to deadlines and most importantly excels at customer service? If so Kimberley needs you!

Previous retail experience would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. The Individual must be organised, pleasant and able to work well as part of a team.

We don't really do interviews, you come along for a chat and we see if we are a good match and go from there., The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers in order to maximise sales, customer satisfaction and loyalty

Enthusiasm and dedication to always meet daily requirements and exceptional levels of customer service

Commitment, with a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team

The ability to work in a timely fashion, sometimes under pressured circumstances or tight time frames.

Self-motivation

The willingness to actively participate in any training, coaching or meetings attended to improve key skills,

    We have 2 part time positions available (1 x permanent and 1 x Zero Hours) and you will be required to work across a rota each month. Store spring/ summer opening hours are 8.30am-6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-6pm (Sat) and 10am-4pm (Sun). Department opening hours can be seasonal with slightly shorter days in winter. This will be discussed at interview stage.

    All training will be provided onsite at our Darlington branch

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: £11.44 per hour

    Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week,
