Resources warehouse Manager

1. To lead the Resource Management team in maintaining and organising all equipment requirements, testing and logistics for all business areas

2. To ensure that all equipment meets legislative and testing requirements at all times

3. To maintain and update in house asset management systems, all inventories and scheduling

4. To build strong working relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure that we receive the best levels of service and value for money is achieved

5. To liaise with management team on all elements of the supplier management, purchasing of stock, consumables, equipment etc.

6. To communicate and work in collaboration with all business areas

7. To support all quality standards and processes, ensuring compliance at all times

Adhere to company's policies and procedures - make recommendations for improvements and efficiencies

Report any discrepancies immediately to line manager or senior management, with recommendation(s) for solutions(s)

To attend and contribute to the required meetings

11. Northern office - support the running of the Northern office facilities as and when required, including being either / or a First Aider, Fire Marshal or Mental Health First Aider and being part of one of the Committees: Fire, H&S Committee.

12. To have a flexible approach to meet the changing demands of the organisation

13. To handle all information with confidentiality and sensitivity, any breach will be handled through the appropriate methods, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required

· Management / Supervisory qualification - ILM

· IOSH Managing Safely

· Quality / Compliance

· Driving Licence - full and clean, · Commercial - experience in a business environment

· Management or Supervisory experience - leading and developing a team

· Equipment - knowledge of safety, rescue, rope, training equipment and LCV/HGV vehicles would be advantageous

· Warehouse / Stock Control - would be beneficial to understand the environment

· Project Management - would support planning and scheduling aspect

· Computer literate with office software
