Residential Lettings Planner

Rugby School Enterprises (RSE), is the trading company of Rugby School and Bilton Grange. It is responsible for raising additional funds for the School through commercial activities such as events, conferences, weddings, residential courses, sports facilities hire, alongside providing services to the School such as operating the school shop, tours and sports centre.

RSE are looking for an individual in a customer facing role to assist them with their residential course programme throughout the year predominantly during the Easter and Summer holidays.

Supporting the Events Manager and taking an enquiry to completion, typical duties will include dealing with new enquiries, customer site visits, lettings administration, managing courses, P&L, coordinating all relevant internal departments and ensuring the smooth running of the courses to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous residential programmes experience and a willingness to work some unsociable hours when required by the various courses. The candidate must have exceptional knowledge of Microsoft office.

This is a fixed term full time role 37.5 hours per week with hours worked to suit the business needs. Additional hours may be required throughout the year at peak times.
