Manage all aspects of the conveyancing process for new build properties, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

- Conduct property searches, prepare contracts, and handle mortgage-related documentation.

- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the process.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.

- Proactively contribute to the success and growth of the Real Estate department.

A minimum of 3 years' experience as a residential conveyancer, with a strong background in new build cases.

- Ability to independently manage the full conveyancing process from start to finish, including dealing with contracts, searches, mortgages, and liaising with clients.

- Experience in handling high-volume caseloads with efficiency and accuracy.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-sufficient.
