Residential Conveyancer

We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, IT, and time management skills.

Duties:
- Manage the legal aspects of residential property transactions from start to finish
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct property searches and investigations to ensure clear title
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as solicitors, surveyors, and local authorities
- Prepare completion statements and handle financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the conveyancing process

Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficiency in IT systems and software used in conveyancing
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
