Full Job Description
One of our Legal 500 clients is currently seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their thriving conveyancing department in Camden. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a diverse range of residential and commercial property transactions within a reputable and supportive environment.,
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, from inception to completion.
- Conducting due diligence, title checks, and land registry searches to ensure the smooth progress of conveyancing transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements, with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law, including leasehold and freehold matters, and addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely communication and ensure client satisfaction throughout the conveyancing process.
- Collaborating with colleagues within the conveyancing department and other practice areas to deliver comprehensive and integrated legal solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing practice. - Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property law and conveyancing procedures, with experience handling a diverse range of property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders and provide clear and practical advice.
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document drafting and legal analysis, with a commitment to upholding the highest professional standards.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies and accreditations in property law or conveyancing are advantageous but not essential.
