Reservations Sales Co-ordinator

· be the first point of contact that our customers have with Whittlebury Park

· be responsible for the delivery of a "best in class" sales operation for our bedrooms, spa, golf and tribute nights

· work on the reception desk on occasion offering reservations support and also assisting during peak times with check in, check out and answering guest queries

· answer incoming telephone calls and queries and make reservations for our bedrooms, spa, golf and tribute events as well as gift card sales

· respond to emails and manage our Live Chat account online.

t Whittlebury Park we are looking for a well organised team player to join our Reservations sales team., As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be a team player and thrive in a busy working environment. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to work 5 days out of 7.
