Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Research & Development Technician to join our team. You will work closely with our R&D team to conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to develop and improve our services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in our organisation.

Duties:
- Conducting experiments and tests according to R&D protocols and procedures
- Assisting in the design, development, and optimization of new products/services
- Collecting, recording, and analyzing experimental data and results
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Contributing to the development of research plans, reports, and presentations
- Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field
- Proven experience in a similar R&D or laboratory technician role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of scientific methods and experimental techniques
- Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, MATLAB)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
