Full Job Description

Each day, you will be responsible for downloading photos and collecting data from our operatives regarding works completed the day before or earlier, then creating reports and draft invoices. You will be reporting to the Report Team Supervisor.

We have an exciting vacancy for an experienced, organised and versatile person to join our head office admin team, specifically as a member of our reports team.

We are Rope Access In London, a young, exciting and growing business, with a brilliant team of abseilers who take on all manner of external work for our wide range of clients, large and small.

We are looking for someone who can self-motivate, multi-task and who can demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude. The position is based at our head office in Golders Green - NW2 2AZ.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, tenacious and trustworthy, with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and extensive experience of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software. You will be joining our hardworking and committed admin team, in a fast-paced, high-energy office, so being a great team member is vitally important, as is the ability to roll-up your sleeves and get stuck in to help out your colleagues whenever necessary., This role would suit someone with previous experience of using Microsoft Word to produce reports including insertion of photos, ideally within the construction or facilities sectors. But other experience will be considered as full training is given., You will also need to communicate effectively with colleagues in our planning, rota and accounts teams and with our operatives. An advanced command of English, both verbal and written, is essential to this role.

You will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-energy environment., Have advanced experience in using Microsoft Word (2+ years, preferred) . Previous experience within the construction or facilities industry is preferred but training will be given to the right candidate. You must also be self-motivated and a problem-solver, with a hands-on, proactive approach and calm under pressure. Furthermore, you should be able to prioritise effectively and juggle several tasks at the same time.

We have a modern office not far from Golders Green underground station, with 8 bus routes passing within 5-20 minutes of our location. We are a friendly team who enjoying working hard together to achieve success. But we also enjoy having fun together after work so staff events and get-togethers, either in or out the office happen regularly. We're also keen to reach out into the communities where we work and organise various social-inclusion events throughout the year in collaboration with our partners.

We offer a salary in the range £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience. We also offer a bonus scheme for all employees.
