Full Job Description

We are looking for a Reporting and Analytics Manager role in the platformGSK International Pharma team, to work across Global Vaccines businesses. You will assist the Global Reporting & Insights Director across workstreams on the account, with a deeper focus on synthesizing Disease Awareness Campaign learnings across several local markets and developing compelling stories that link data to the analysis resulting in actionable insights.,

  • Work with local market teams to:

  • + Ensure data accuracy included in analysis
    + Ensure reports are aligned to agreed local measurement framework
    + Set benchmarks for channels, inclusive of rationale
    + Assess trends and turn into insights with inclusion of contextual rationale
    + Problem-solve to determine potential causes for fluctuations in data
    + Develop presentations that are accurate, well-written and concise leveraging the reporting template
    + Evolve local market approach to measurement and reporting
  • Manage, execute and deliver analyses; package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses client business needs


  • Assist in generating performance estimates and forecasts

  • Work closely with the Data Team on global media taxonomy and the global media dashboard

  • Ensure metric alignment with strategic goals and customer journey

  • Responsible for data collection for all Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Support Analyst on website analytics tasks, including regular reporting, site tag QA, and ad hoc requests

  • Work with global team to develop capability trainings and thought leadership pieces to help upskill global and local clients

    To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Understanding of different taxonomies, their purpose and best practices

  • Passion for digital analytics with strong desire and capacity to learn

  • Technically proficient in website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics

  • Has a deep understanding of digital and offline media data, role of channel and how it impacts the website

  • Strong digital experience and knowledge of KPIs, optimization metrics and campaign reporting particularly in search, social and programmatic

  • Ability to transform details of local market reports and shape into high level insights, learnings and recommendations

  • Experience in media analytics and reporting


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), media systems, and analytics tools


  • Possesses intermediate knowledge of qualitative and quantitative business information used by clients
