Full Job Description

  • Generate new reports and make changes to existing solutions as per ad-hoc and BAU change requests.

  • Use technology to create a unified, self-service reporting suite that caters to stakeholder needs.

  • Deliver significant insights based on data to guide business decisions.

  • Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders.

  • Construct, test, and implement reporting solutions.

  • Ensure adequate support is available during 'hypercare' and BAU phases.

  • Investigate available technologies and features for potential utilisation.

  • Develop skills in new reporting technologies to provide a variety of solutions.

  • Keep up-to-date design process documentation and adhere to team standards.

  • Advocate for best practices, streamline processes, and enhance efficiencies.

You are instrumental in generating precise, prompt, and insightful reports that influence business decisions. Your responsibilities encompass the design of new reports, upkeep of the current reporting system, and the creation of self-service solutions. You offer significant insights into business operations and work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a solid understanding of business processes and reporting requirements. An ideal candidate would have experience of Reporting within Workday and Prism or similar platform and be proficient in the use of Power Bi. Coding skills and experience of working with a data lake would also be of benefit', Displays proficient analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as evidenced by a significant role in projects or in supporting Workday/systems/processes.

  • Possesses a robust analytical background with a track record of delivering precise and timely reports.

  • An articulate communicator who can present ideas, drive decisions, and document solutions effectively.

  • Has experience working on international projects or within a multinational organization.

  • Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • Skilled in managing relationships with stakeholders.

  • Capable of planning and organizing their own work to meet targets and outcomes.

  • Exhibits confidence in self-management, demonstrating high personal productivity and self-motivation.

  • Shows a passion for working with people and data, and a strong interest in assisting colleagues.
