Full Job Description

The role is based in Normanton. The Reporting Analyst will be required to travel to other Group locations to work alongside colleagues and for external meetings as appropriate. This is a hybrid role and is office based 3 days per week., The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate Group supplier reporting, tracking of supplier targets, management and execution of the dead net pricing, biannual pricing and Category Management. Commercial success is critical to the role. The role will be in constant contact with the supplier base.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Ensure the completion of daily / weekly / monthly sales reports to Group Buying and key suppliers

  • Management of sales data through supplier portals, ensuring that all data is accurate and meeting contract requirements

  • Biannual collection and implementation of pricing window

  • Report on annual supplier targets to ensure maximisation of rebates

  • Managing and communicating the Dead Net file across the business, ensuring that all costs are accurate to help in the execution of sales tenders

  • To manage and develop the use of Power BI across Group Buying

  • Produce quarterly Category Management reports in conjunction with the Product Managers

  • Build strong relationships and rapport with key personnel, interfacing at different levels with key supplier contacts. Ensure regular communication on EVO's strategic direction.

  • Prioritise activity that presents the greatest influence, both real and potential, on the profitability of EVO Group

    Ability to interpret data

  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and present data

  • Time management is critical in this job role, so the ability to focus and drive to meet goals, deadlines and manage their workload is key.

  • Developed communication skills and a high level of professionalism to work with senior supplier contacts.

  • Ability to manage critical business data in a confidential manner


  • Other Qualifications or Experience
  • Highly experienced in the use of Power BI

  • Highly experienced in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience in producing accurate and innovative reporting for a wide audience

  • Ability to master and become an expert on bespoke reporting systems

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • The ability to multitask, be organised, agree priorities, and meet absolute deadlines

  • Ability to develop supplier relationships

  • Ability to successfully deliver multiple projects simultaneously, Knowledge of the business supplies and services industry
