Full Job Description
- Ensure specific rules, requirements and procedures are met
- Re-allocation of customer licences
- Keep up to date with knowledge of customer specific rules and requirements
- Functional testing of products after completion of repairs
- Allocation of numbers for customers wishing to send faulty products to the Repair Centre
- Unpacking consignments of faulty products ensuring paperwork is correct
- Assess requirements for repairs fees, based on warranty status and condition of equipment
- Request and process of customer purchase orders
- Liaison with customers, reporting progress on repairs and repair charges
- Escalation of incidences where turnaround commitments are unlikely to be met
Higher level education - Experience using ERP systems
- Generating reports and understanding analysis of trends in data
- Solid administrative background
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiar with MS Office
