Relief or Casual Facilities or Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of Cornfields and Belle Vue Schools. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our buildings and grounds. This is a flexible, relief position., Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
- Coordinate and oversee all facility repairs and maintenance projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas in need of improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for outsourced services
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to facility maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Oversee the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives

Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
