Full Job Description
- Ensure tasks are appropriately allocated so teams are fully utilised and food preparation activities are delivered using standard recipes and in line with Aramark brand standards
- Responsible for ensuring efficient execution and delivery of all food line products in line with the daily menu
- Maintain integrity of the standard Aramark food offer, responsible for maintaining food quality and integrity of items at all times
- Accountable for stock flow and rotation of product within the unit
The successful candidate will be working in prison kitchens and will work alongside prisoners to support them on the production and cooking of foods for up to 2000 prisoners. The Relief Chef will be responsible for the preparation of basic quality foods within a set pre ordered menu. You will be working with team of Chefs, you will be motivational and have a positive outlook and excellent attention to detail. - Chef experience

Aramark Food Services is currently recruiting for a Relief Chef Supervisor to join our team covering sites from Wellingborough, Rugby, Birmingham, Wellingborough, Bicester and Milton Keynes. Ideally you will be Midlands based and willing to travel, as there will be some over night stays.
£15 per hour - Full time - 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7
