Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs p/wk

A£31,500 - A£37,227 DOE + A£5000 Welcome Bonus

We are currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our purpose-built facility in County Durham, providing acute adult mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, service-user focussed care


• Participate in the development of new services and care pathways


• Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service


• Work as part of a collaborative and supportive MDT, that provides a clear pathway for the patients in your care.


Requirements:


• Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN Registration.


• Newly Qualified nurses welcomed as Preceptorship can be offered


• Relevant clinical experience


• Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality


• Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.


• Excellent verbal , interpersonal and written communication skills
