Collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care.
Lead the clinical team in alignment with Hallmark's vision and principles outlined in the Hallmark Charter.
Contribute to regular audits of care plans to ensure they meet residents' specific needs.
Ensure compliance with medication procedures in line with company policies and NMC guidelines.
Foster effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
You Are:
