An enthusiasm to work for a top ten residential children's homes provider, Homes2Inspire, which is part of one of the UK's largest charities, Shaw Trust.

A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare

At least two years recent experience working in a Registered Children's Home setting in supervisory or management role.

An understanding of the regulations and legislations which set the standards within a Children's Home setting and experience working with Ofsted.

The ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership.

An enhanced DBS will be required (funded by Homes 2 inspire)

We are creating a different sort of home and care for children and young people which offers them flexibility and support from a full range of people that can help them. This home is part of a wider service we are developing together including, more children's homes, high needs foster carers, CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) intensive treatment houses and therapeutic education.
