Regional Recruiter - Mobile

The Field-based Recruitment Specialist will be an integral part of our team, responsible for supporting office-based operations while actively increasing the candidate pipeline. This role involves conducting interviews both in-person and virtually to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. Additionally, the Specialist will organize and execute local recruitment events and foster relationships with DWP locations to enhance application levels and promote brand awareness., Candidate Interviewing:

-Conduct interviews in the field, taking advantage of both in-person and virtual methods as needed in order to achieve hiring targets

-Recruitment Event Management:

-Organise and execute localised recruitment events in your region to attract candidates.

-Ensure a target of 1 job fair per month per regional area to drive application levels and enhance brand recognition.

-Relationship Building:

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with local DWP locations.

-Collaborate with DWP offices to optimize recruitment efforts and leverage resources effectively.

-Collaboration and Communication:

-Coordinate closely with the office-based team to align recruitment strategies and meet organizational goals.

-Provide regular updates on recruitment activities and progress to the management team.

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a field-based capacity.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Proficiency in utilising virtual interview platforms and recruitment tools.

-Ability to work on your own and collaborate effectively within a team.
