Location: Field Based (flexible between London and Watford Central Support Office)(London and Bristol), We're seeking a Regional People Advisor to join our close-knit People team and support our diverse hotel portfolio from London to Bristol. If you're ready to take your career to the next level and thrive in a supportive, growth-oriented environment, this is the perfect role for you., Role Purpose: As a Regional People Advisor, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day People support across multiple properties.

  • Offer first-line support for ER case queries.

  • Conduct People Audit Checks to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.

  • Assist Managers with training, development, and HRIS/Payroll system queries.

  • Support GM/HOD's with the use of Peoplebank (ATS/Recruitment) and Fourth (HRIS & Payroll) system.

  • Support workforce planning activities and recruitment efforts.

  • Focus on key People KPIs such as labour costs, attrition, vacancies, and absence rates.

  • Coach and challenge Managers to enhance leadership and team performance.

  • Maintain effective relationships within the People team.

  • Assist with escalated ER investigations and hearings.

  • Provide HR policy guidance and coaching to resolve issues.

  • Support the opening of new properties and People team projects.

  • Represent the Talent Team at Careers & Recruitment events.

    Experience in a field-based HR role within a fast-paced, multisite environment, preferably in hospitality or retail.

  • Experience in L&D and coaching initiatives.

  • Strong communication and engagement skills.

  • Knowledge of ER, HR best practices, employment law, GDPR, Talent Acquisition, and Right to Work compliance.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex issues.

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to inspire colleagues.

  • Ability to escalate unclear or conflicting priorities.

  • Proven commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

  • Data-driven decision-making ability.

  • Flexibility to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

  • Ideally CIPD qualified/part-qualified., Human resources: 1 year (required)
