Full Job Description

The position is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will have experience in every area of the
Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to our East sites.

Our Bodyshop's are fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunities to utilise the whole spectrum of your skill set.

The role will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Working closely with five sites to maintain KPI's.

  • Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.

  • Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.

  • Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.

  • Travelling to all of the sites in this region

  • are still growing.

    Due to our company's extraordinary appetite for growth, we are looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic operations

    Up to £55,000 per annum, bonus OTE up to £85,000 per annum once region has 6 sites.

    £1000 bonus for your first 3 months plus your performance related bonus
