Full Job Description

The Recruitment Team Administrator is a key member of the recruitment and onboarding team, helping us to respond to candidate and manager requests in a timely and professional manner.

In addition to office management duties such as managing correspondence and post, conducting ID checks, answering the phone and helping the team manage their workloads you will also be responsible for your own areas of work., You will be responsible for general administration duties and should therefore be confident using all Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.

In addition there will be a number of systems which you will have access to and be required to enter data onto and you should have strong attention to detail, an eye for accuracy and be IT literate and able to pick up new systems and processes with ease.

As well as building strong relationships within the team, ensuring that messages are passed over in a timely fashion and that all communications are polite, professional and friendly, you will also build relationships with people from our wider Trust and you should therefore be comfortable liaising with a wide variety of people.

You will also be asked to attend recruitment events when needed and oversee general office supplies, ensuring that our stationery is stocked and take responsibility for the technology in our department.
