Recruitment Manager

Ark Wealth Advisers is a Directory Authorised by FCA, we are an independent Mortgage & Protection Advisers firm and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team.

Duties:

· The Management of the recruitment function.

· The full recruitment lifecycle, including writing adverts, advertising of vacancies, liaising with applicants and line managers.

· Proactively deliver the Candidate attraction strategy, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, careers events etc.

· Working with managers throughout the recruitment and selection process, reviewing CV's, shortlisting candidates on their behalf as and when needed and advising them on suitability of candidates throughout the process

· Interviewing together with senior management, and that the company is presented as an employer of choice.

· Reviewing, updating and implementing new recruitment processes and procedures

· Identifying, organising and initiating recruitment advertising activity through relevant media channels to generate prospective employees. · Analysing and measuring recruitment outcomes and success.

· Supporting with Succession Planning across the business

· Proven Recruitment Experience, including volume recruitment

· Interview and selection experience

· Compliant with Employment law and legislation.

· Experience of working in a busy HR department

· Managerial experience

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent people skills.

· Excellent organisational skills

To be proactive and have the ability to make decisions.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Effective negotiation skills

· To be friendly and approachable and have excellent customer services.

· The ability to work under pressure.
