Full Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will be providing resourcing support to Attivo, supporting the Recruitment Manager in the efficient and effective execution of recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. Contribute to the organisation's ability to attract and retain top talent, ultimately supporting our strategic objectives

You will be responsible for optimising the operational efficiency of the business technology, improving the client and staff experience and ensure that company-wide systems are maintained, current, secure and optimal to provide the business with reliable IT services.

You will need to respond to incidents and be an escalation point for the internal 1st/2nd line support team as well as being a liaison point for escalations to external parties, providing guidance and advice where necessary to ensure minimal downtime for the business IT services.,

  • Assist with candidate sourcing and screening activities, including reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring data integrity and timely updates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and professional communication, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.

  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment-related reports, metrics, and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimising recruitment processes and outcomes.

  • Coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and other initiatives to attract top talent and promote the organisation's employer brand.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to recruitment and talent acquisition, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

  • Collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of recruitment activities with broader talent management and organisational objectives.

  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract diverse talent pools and meet hiring goals.

  • Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

    You have experience working in a similar role, having either worked for a recruitment agency or an in house talent acquisition team. You will be naturally inquisitive and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. You work at your best under pressure and when faced with a busy workload and thrive on finding great talent. You will be confident and outgoing, able to build strong working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, including Senior Management team.


  • You have advanced working knowledge of and ATS, BambooHR would be beneficial but not essential. You will also have experience of other platforms used within candidate sourcing including Reed CV and LinkedIn Recruiter.

    The successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham Office a minimum of 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days. We value work life balance and offer flexible working alongside our hybrid approach.,
  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination and resourcing, ideally within financial services or agency

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and confidently with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity


  • Desirable skills and experience

  • CIPD Level 5 or other relevant professional certification

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
