Full Job Description

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in recruitment, coupled with exceptional organisational skills and an acute attention to detail. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment, ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment services. From placing adverts and engaging with candidates to providing support during interviews and facilitating the administration of job offers, including coordination with relevant department managers, you will play a key role in the recruitment process.,

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including administration services for recruitment campaigns.

  • Place adverts and monitor applicants using various channels, including social media and online recruitment platforms.

  • Provide support to hiring managers with job description writing and interview question preparation.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation to identify recruitment needs.

  • Oversee and manage pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping for staff and general HR files.

  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, including DBS and Right to Work checks.

    We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team based in Nottingham. This role would be suitable for a strong administrator who has experience of supporting with recruitment and HR processes., Experience working within a similar role 2+ year.

  • Experience of recruitment within the NHS (Desirable)

  • Studying towards or qualified to CIPD (Desirable)

  • Microsoft Office proficiency and knowledge of other IT systems relevant to role.

  • Excellent oral & written communication.

  • Excellent time management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form effective relationships with internal and external parties., A-Level or equivalent (required)
