Recruitment Consultant - Pathway to Management - up to 20% commission

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role. You will be trained to work in Vertical Markets allowing you full autonomy over your clients and candidates on a dual desk basis. Due to the success of the company, we have a number of warm desks ready for the right individual to take over.

Day to day, you'll be:

- Building relationships with both new and existing clients

- Negotiating terms of business with new clients

- Sourcing candidates using CRM, job boards, LinkedIn etc

No experience is necessary. Instead, we're looking for someone who can demonstrate a track record of success and someone who is motivated to do well. Recent hires have come from Operations, Hospitality, The Forces, recent graduates, professional sport as well as Sales.

- Excellent salary range - from £24k- £35k based on experience, plus up to 20% commission with no cap or threshold.
