Full Job Description

As a Recruitment Operations Representative at Fixed, your primary objective will be to work alongside the founders to win new customers, manage your projects and build out scalable, repeatable processes.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing the processes on live projects, maintaining relationships with customers and sourcing and managing operatives.

  • Finding new methods of attracting workers to our platform.

  • Building out our company sales strategy, including partnerships and other distribution channels.

  • Calling and emailing company leads in the construction industry.

  • Tracking and organising opportunities in our CRM database.

  • Attending construction industry networking events.

  • Visiting sites around the UK and showcasing Fixed.

  • Because we are an early stage start-up, there will be quite a bit of mucking in and getting your hands dirty doing things that may not be considered in your direct job description!

  • Understanding of the problems faced by companies and workers in the sector.

    Bonus Experience
  • Previous experience in Construction Recruitment or at a Construction Tech Start Up.

  • Additional Languages are always a plus in Construction!
