Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant with our client, you will utilise your (engineering, industrial, manufacturing) recruitment expertise to understand the requirements of each vacancy, ensuring a perfect match between candidate and client. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement, business development to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.,

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and technical requirements.


• Attending Client Meetings and visits as required.


• Using various sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates with engineering, manufacturing, or industrial backgrounds.


• Focussing on Engineering Jobs (example of roles CNC and Manual Millers, Setters / Operators, Turners, Grinders, Machinists, Welders, Pipefitters) and/or Industrial Jobs (Warehouse Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives, Order Pickers, Packers, FLT Drivers).


• Conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
  
  We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid recruitment agency background (ideally 3-4 years in the Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering Industry)., Min 3-4 years Engineering, Warehouse, or Manufacturing (Temporary / Contract) Recruitment Agency Experience.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.


• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.


• A driven, results-oriented individual who is committed to achieving excellence.


• Driving Licence (Essential).
