Full Job Description

  • Advertise roles across all relevant platforms within suitable time frames.

  • Work with the stakeholders across the business, gaining insight and planning to ensure timescales are met.

  • Ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders

  • Monitor application numbers, amend and update iCIMS where required.

  • Actively sourcing passive candidates by using LinkedIn, Indeed, iCIMS database or arranging job fairs.

  • Liasing with local Job Centres to arrange interview days or attend job fairs for the relevant areas.

  • Work with the Employer Brand function to advise on campaigns as required.

  • Follow procedure and guidelines communicating with relevant candidates.

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

  • Managing central recruitment inboxes in a timely manager - responding to both internal stakeholders and candidates.

  • Support with any on-going projects within the recruitment team.

  • Prioritising and monitoring hard to fill or long-standing vacancies and liaising with stores to offer further support.

  • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of tasks

  • Aptitude to deal with changing priorities at short notice

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience of interact with all levels of staff and external suppliers

  • Self-motivated; able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Highly proficient in the use of all MS Office applications, with a particular competence in using MS Teams & Outlook

  • Reporting to the Retail Recruitment Partner, this position plays a fundamental role in ensuring the delivery of the best talent into the business.
