Recruitment Administrator - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Supporting our weekly Pilot Assessment days, the Recruitment Administrator is responsible for the provision of all administrative tasks associated with ongoing recruitment of Pilots at Jet2.com as we recruit year-round due to significant growth. This position is available as a Fixed Term Contract until the end of September 2024.

What will you do in the role?

• Scheduling Assessment days, booking candidate attendance and preparing assessment materials


• Administering psychometric testing required prior to Assessment Days


• Preparing Offer Forms for all candidates


• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of candidates on the Applicant Tracking System


• Managing the Recruitment Team inbox, responding to all candidate queries as appropriate offering an excellent level of Customer Service and escalating emails to the appropriate Recruiter as required
  
  Aviation or travel experience is desirable but not essential


• Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Excellent attention to detail


• Organised Approach


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
