Recruitment Administrator

What you'll be responsible for:

· To support/develop medical hr team.

· To work in collaboration with payroll to resolve all pay issues/ new and historical.

· Support with review/design of safe rotas for out of hours, work schedules

· Experience in overseeing health rosters

· Employee relations - advising medical managers on all Employee Relation issues including maintaining high professional standards.

· Support with developing policies and procedures

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

· Ability to analyse data and present findings and recommendations.

· Able to manage and develop junior team members.

· Recruitment experience
