Full Job Description

As a recruitment Administrator, you will safeguard the People We Support by conducting compliance checks of all the people we hire during their onboarding. The Compliance Administrator will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate compliance requirements, and support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Ultimately responsible for onboarding all successful applicants from across the business, ensuring you exhibit our values to build a strong first impression of our organisation.

    We are looking for someone to join our recruitment team on a temporary basis, this is a fixed term role that will last for 6 months.


  • There is the potential for this role to become permanenWe will provide you with a salary of up to £25,000 pro rata, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home with occasional requirements to attend meetings in our head office or in our services. Plus, many other great benefits!

We offer support to individuals with varying degrees of learning disability, autistic spectrum disorders, mental illness, complex physical and emotional needs, multiple disabilities, challenging behaviours, and risk issues.
