Full Job Description

As a Recovery Coordinator- Core Opiate Team, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Southampton.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering specific interventions designed to reduce the harm caused by use of opiates via groups or one to one working.
Ensuring that service users receive a comprehensive recovery plan.
Working with other agencies and the community to ensure the best possible outcome for vulnerable people.

To thrive in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:

Knowledge and experience of providing interventions for service users affected by Opiate use.
Knowledge of safeguarding issues and vulnerable adult procedures.
An ability to work with and manage challenging behaviour.

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Recovery Coordinator to contribute to our successful Opiate Team.

Our Southampton service thrives as a dynamic and collaborative team, featuring dedicated staff including a service manager, consultant psychiatrists, medical professionals, caring nurses, empathetic recovery staff, dedicated volunteers and efficient administrators., Our Southampton Drug and Alcohol Support service provides recovery support for individuals who use our services. Our goal is to empower individuals, providing holistic support and treatment tailored to their needs. We offer both one-to-one and group sessions, along with medical treatments.
