Receptionist - King Street Townhouse (Full Time)

We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Receptionist to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel & Spa.

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

Main Duties of the Role:

• Providing excellent customer service


• Able to work independently or as part of a team


• Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner


• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance your skill set and performance


• Welcoming Members, Guests, and non-residents in a warm and friendly manner, and answering any queries they have ensuring the best possible experience.


• Maintaining the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times


• Conduct check in's and Check out's


• Keeping detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received


• Receiving deliveries; sorting and distributing incoming mail


• Taking inventory of supplies and restocking as needed
  
  At least 1 year reception experience (hospitality/customer service)


• Previous experience working in a luxury establishment


• A passion for customer service and exceeding guest's expectations


• Driven by delivering exceptional standards


• Excellent work ethic


• Positive & 'can do' approach


• Upholds a high standard of etiquette


• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy


• The ability to remain calm and resilient
