Full Job Description

Siemens Mobility Limited are looking for a professional Receptionist / Administrator at our Hornsey Traincare Depot where we maintain our latest fleet of Desiro City trains that operate on the Thameslink network. As a successful candidate you will provide reception duties, where you will have entrance access control and be required to meet and greet visitors, as well as providing administrative support to the Office Manager and the wider business including the production team.

This is a part time role (24 hours per week), ideally covering Monday through to Wednesday, 8am til 4pm. You may also be asked to offer additional holiday cover where required.

You'll create impact by ....

  • Performing entrance and access controls in the depot at the reception desk

  • Receiving incoming calls from colleagues, customers and suppliers

  • Assuring that packages arriving at the depot are logged and passed to the relevant department/staff member

  • Booking Meeting Rooms & Training Rooms along with catering needs

  • Keeping reception area and meeting rooms clean and presentable at all times

  • Implement safe systems and controls within your area of responsibility

  • Providing day to day administrative support to Office Manager and Onsite Teams

  • Provide holiday cover for the reception team when required

  • Support to the Office Manager and the wider business as required
