Receptionist / Administrator / Front of House

This person will be highly organised, have superb interpersonal skills and ideally a good knowledge of the beauty or clinical industry. They will be polished, friendly, articulate but most importantly be meticulous with attention to detail.

This would ideally suit an individual who has worked in the service industry (beauty industry a distinct advantage) who enjoys administrative tasks, loves guest liaison, and is a real people person.

Daily responsibilities will include treatment bookings, answering the phone, emails, facilitating a seamless client journey, retailing product lines and assisting the team operationally. This is an amazing opportunity to join a well established (22 years) and award winning skin and beauty business in the heart of St Albans.

This person will have experience with exacting clientele, be accustomed to delivering an esteemed service. They will be personable with a positive demeanour, able to work in a very busy environment and able to prioritise effectively and be a very good communicator.

Exemplary administrative skills, good knowledge of Office Suite (Excel /Word / PP), and ideally a booking system such as Phorest, excellent technical English, and impeccable five-star polished presentation is key.,

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)


• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)


Language:

• English (required)


Licence/Certification:
