Receptionist (16 hour per week contract)

As the central point of contact for customers visiting or contacting Telford International Centre, our dynamic reception team offer a professional and high standard of service at all times.

This role will appeal to someone with strong reception and customer service experience looking to work in an exciting, varied business where every day is different.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 16 hours per week on a rota basis, which will include evenings & weekends.

What you will be doing:

• You will be the central point of contact for all visitors to the centre, dealing with enquires in regards to both the centre and the local area.


• Providing exceptional customer service.


• Using meeting room booking software.


• Dealing with the fire alarm panel in the event of an emergency.


• General reception/administration duties such as photocopying, telephone switchboard, franking and sorting of mail, signing for deliveries.
