Full Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company, providing a warm and efficient welcome to all visitors and callers. You will manage the front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication within the office.,

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a professional attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
