Receptionist

The successful Receptionist will

• Meet and greet resort guests.


• Assist guests with any queries they may have.


• Advise on the local area.


• Issue accommodation keys and information.


• Advise guests on events within the resort.


• Handle telephone calls.


• Deal with customer complaints.


• Accurate cash handling.
  
  Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat., A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort

This is a permanent position to work full time hours. This will be 40 hours across 5 variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

The successful applicant will work on a two week rolling rota which will include one weekend in two, flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.,
