Full Job Description

  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.

  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.

    To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience

    We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent, part time Receptionist join our team based Charter House Parkway, Welwyn Garden City.

  • Hours of Work- Monday-Friday 8am-12.30pm.

  • Pay- £11.55 per hour.

  • Training will be provided
