Full Job Description

Reception Team Members work any 5 days out of 7, a variety of early and late shifts; 06:30-15:00 and 14:30-23:00. Everything we do is always focused on assuring guests of the comfort, control and confidence of restful and rejuvenating sleep.   • Maintain accurate and efficient reception operations, to include managing all guest enquires, delivering friendly and professional customer service

  • Work closely with the reservations department to maximise sales and repeat custom at every opportunity

  • Guide guests through the booking, check-in and check-out process, promoting 'Smart Room Control', upselling where appropriate

  • To ensure professional telephone skills are carried out when taking a reservation and fielding all other calls

  • To have an understanding of the PMS System and use it to the best of its ability for check-in, check-out, reservations and payment of bills

  • To be able to deal with any complaints effectively and efficiently following the Company guideline introducing the relevant manager if & when needed
