Full Job Description
Reception Team Members work any 5 days out of 7, a variety of early and late shifts; 06:30-15:00 and 14:30-23:00. Everything we do is always focused on assuring guests of the comfort, control and confidence of restful and rejuvenating sleep. - Maintain accurate and efficient reception operations, to include managing all guest enquires, delivering friendly and professional customer service
- Work closely with the reservations department to maximise sales and repeat custom at every opportunity
- Guide guests through the booking, check-in and check-out process, promoting 'Smart Room Control', upselling where appropriate
- To ensure professional telephone skills are carried out when taking a reservation and fielding all other calls
- To have an understanding of the PMS System and use it to the best of its ability for check-in, check-out, reservations and payment of bills
- To be able to deal with any complaints effectively and efficiently following the Company guideline introducing the relevant manager if & when needed
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes customer service and thrives on going above and beyond. You'll also have; - Previous experience in a customer facing role
