Full Job Description

We are seeking a Reception Manager to manage our reception team, ensuring excellent & professional guest service is consistently provided at all times. The role includes the following duties:

  • Ensuring smooth check in and out procedures.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.

  • To ensure that the reception team is trained to a high standard

  • To manage staff rotas and adapt them to meet service/business needs

  • To regularly review the performance of staff and conduct annual reviews

    We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Reception Manager. The Reception Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the hotel reception, ensuring the highest quality of guest service standards are adhered to by the Reception team. This role will require you to deliver exceptional service and create lasting impressions. As the main point of contact for the hotel guests you will need to be warm and motivated with a strong desire to exceed their expectations.

    £55 per night - discounted stays for friends and family at Shrigley and partner hotels.
