Full Job Description

The role involves working as part of the Receipt & Distribution Centre Team this role is to help assist in the recording and distribution of goods delivered to the Trust.

The vacancy is for 7.5 hours per week - equivalent to 1 day. We can discuss with successful candidate but are seeking to have someone work either Monday, Friday or a split across both of those days.,

  • Checking all orders that are delivered to ensure they are in suitable condition

  • Recording the delivery and ensuring they are distributed efficiently and correctly utilising systems.

  • To co-ordinate the receipt of goods, including the recording of receipts onto an electronic receipting system and preparation of paperwork for delivery of goods to point of use.

    The Secretary of State has approved the partnership between St Helens & Knowsley and Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals.
