Full Job Description

Reablement Carers (25 hours per week)

25 hours per week part-time on a rostered basis day, evenings and weekends only

We are looking to recruit reablement carers to join our In-house reablement team to work across the London Borough of Ealing, in partnership with the Clinical Commissioning Group.,

  • Supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain/sustain their independence with daily living

  • Customer care or care settings

  • Supporting individuals to rebuild the skills required to achieve their potential goals and to remain as independent as possible within their own home.


  • The ideal applicants will be of a caring nature, highly motivated, passionate and committed to providing quality Reablement care and support and be willing to work flexibly if needed.

    We provide induction and mandatory training programmes for suitable candidates.

    The role requires the post holder to visit people in their own homes within the London Borough of Ealing and to follow a specified timetable for these visits.

    If you have previous experience in any of the following, we would like to hear from you, This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.

    As part of the selection process, you will be required to undertake an English and maths assessment.
