Contract Type - Permanent Full timeHours - 40 hours per weekLocation - Atlas Business Park, Atlas House, Simonsway, Wythenshawe, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M22 5PRWe are looking for a Quotes Team Coordinator who's role will involve obtaining accurate data to produce quotes for various contracts. Liaising with internal and external clients on a daily basis, managing and auditing subcontractors' paperwork for financial and compliance requirements.
Main Duties
-Log all quoted works through the current CAFM and Financial Systems
-To carry out all Administration Processes within the quotation department
-Accurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures
-Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards
-Management of relevant process flow, raise Purchase Order's and uplifts through the Oracle finance system and carry out the goods receipting process of orders raised when necessary.
-Close liaison with Internal & External Clients.
-Manage Third party attendances to Client Sites
-Ensure adherence to SLA's and tight deadlines
-Update compliance spread sheets with data supplied
-Obtaining relevant completion paperwork and final closure of Quoted works on al Business/Client Systems
-To analyse reports and action where necessary
-To be able to work on multiple contracts across various Regions
Proven Excellent Communication Skills
-Customer Care - Capable of delivering results and meeting Customer Expectations
-Excellent Administration/Numeracy Skills
-Attention to detail
-Microsoft office experience - minimum of intermediate level
-Experience in a challenging and high pressure environment.
-A Flexible and Adaptable approach to working
-Experience of meeting SLA's, Compliance targets and tight deadlines
-Experience of call logging/CAFM systems
-Relationship building skills - in particular to be a self-starter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required
-Administration experience essential.
